We are not a bunch of sales people in fancy suits visiting you and bringing you doughnuts 6 to 3 months prior to your existing lease ends.
We are a group who believes in making your copier cost lower & experience more enjoyable and who will dig in with you to make sure concerns are fixed.
Lease Auto Renew:
Most leases have a clause, that states if a letter of intent is not submitted during a specific period, the lease will renew for an additional 12 month period. I have seen copier leases extended by the lease provider as long as an additional 60-month term.
The best language for the customer is short-term 60-day renewals. Once the contract is satisfied return instructions will be issued.
The Way We Work:
Our clause is different, the leasing companies DO require the cancellation letter of intent, but if you miss the due date, you can still send 60 days prior to your equipment return date, so there is no one year auto renew.
